Replace tub/shower with neoangle vs rectangular walk-in shower

I am planning to remodel my 2nd floor hallway bathroom. The bathroom dimensions are 8 x 7.5 feet, with the entry door at the end of the longer side. I will be converting the tub/shower (30x60) to a walk-in shower. I am in California, where minimum shower opening is 22 inches, and shower doors must open outward only.

My options for the shower are as follows:

1) Rectangular shower, approx. 36 x 48 inch interior, with 28 inch pivot door

2) Neoangle shower, approx. 48 x 48 inch full walls with 24 x 24 inch pony walls on the sides, and 28 inch center pivot door

3) Rectangular shower, approx. 32 x 56 inch interior, with sliding glass doors

4) Curved shower, similar to neoangle, but with curved shower enclosure

5) French doors on shower -- but I do not know if this would meet code
