Hello!
This is my first time posting. I appreciate any help or advice. My home was built in 2017. I've always thought the kitchen was too small and poorly laid out but we couldn't make any changes as the home is considered a "cookie cutter" home. The kitchen is in the shape of a triangle. My husband and I feel the empty space in the center of the kitchen is a large empty or unused space. We have discussed adding a small island (24"x48") with built in drawers and shelving for additional storage. I am concerned it may feel cramped if we do. My husband feels that the house is still too new to do a full remodel and I agree. I have attached an image of the layout.
