I need bench design tips
Comments (6)I purchased some chrome shelf units at Costco. They are about $80 a set and you get 6 shelves and the necessary uprights. The shelves measure 18" X 48" and each one can hold hundreds of pounds. The shelf size is perfect for holding four standard 11" X 19" trays. You either can build: 1) a single unit that's 6' high with six shelves, or 2) two units, 3' high with three shelves. I did the latter. They've been in my greenhouse for 3 years now and there is no evidence of rust or deterioration . They assemble quickly and the shelf heights are adjustable. They also come with a set of 4 heavy-duty wheels if you need one of the units to be able to move easily. I think you can buy these shelving systems at places other than Costco, like Sam's Club, etc. (Just make sure you check out the dimensions since I have seen some alternative systems where the shelves were only 12" deep.) Here's what mine look like:...See MoreNew house with new garden- plant i.d. needed
Comments (9)In order on your website: 1. not sure, need a closer picture 2. L. angustifolia, but only an expert herbalist could tell you which variety 3. Santolina 4. I think an abutilon 5. possibly an acorus 6. Solanum rantonnetii 7. There are two species of Moraea grown, one with yellow flowers, the other with lavender. 8. Geranium "biokovo" on the right. The one on the left looks like a common weed species of geranium, but I'd need to see the flower to be sure 9. A Pittosporum of some kind The flowers look like Ipheion, but the foliage looks more like some sort of irid. If the foliage smells like an onion, it's the Ipheion. Podocarpus you're right Euonymous japonicus "microphyllus" Sedges and grasses are very hard to identify. You might try posting a picture again when it blooms, that really helps Arum italicum pictum a jasmine of some sort could be some sort of camellia, but just guessing Hopefully, I didn't miss one and get the order mixed up! You owe me one, girl ;-)....See MoreI need help finding a bench cushion set!

Comments (29)We just painted our front door SW Oceanside. It was SW Mosaic Tile previously and while I loved that color, I wanted an update. The Oceanside is more blue-green than teal. We got a grey storm door so we painted the sidelight trim SW Iron Ore. My brick is red and the rest of the trim is white. Sorry I don't have a pic yet. This is from the SW website. I love how it looks with the grey stucco (I know you don't have stucco but I love the color combination). Edit - we also considered SW Marea Baja for the door but the Oceanside was a bit brighter....See Morececily 7A
