Is your bedroom missing something? Perhaps it feels too big, maybe it's a little to empty, or maybe you simply have nowhere to sit when you need to put on your shoes. Consider a bedroom bench. They come in all sorts of styles, including French Empire, Chinoiserie, Mid-Century Modern, Hollywood Regency or even a garden bench. A bedroom bench can accentuate the prints you've picked, provide storage or take the place of a footboard.
Add a dash of a wild print. You may add just the right dose of animal print to your bedroom with an upholstered bench.
Bring some glamor to your room. A tufted bench with acrylic legs adds luxurious textures and finishes.
Introduce another material or texture. These three cubes form a bench and bring in rich woods and interesting geometry.
Boost your bedroom style with a unique, custom-made bench

Enhance clean lines. A mid-century modern style bench emphasizes the clean lines of this pop-inspired bedroom. Slat and Nelson benches are good choices for achieving this look.
Pick up on another pattern in the room. The printed fabric on this bench is the same one used on the Roman shade.

Create a footboard. Note the way the back of this wooden bench and headboard have the same shape.
Introduce new shapes. This bench adds dynamic angles to the room; it's like an exclamation point punctuating the end of the bed.
Bring in some exotic style. This wood bench adds Chinoiserie style to this coastal bedroom.
Provide a spot for bedside reading materials. Stacks of books at the foot of the bed eliminate the need for a bookshelf.
Create extra storage. A trunk or hope chest can double as a bedroom bench.
Baskets or storage boxes under an open bench are good spots for corralling a child's toys and books.
You can use two or three smaller ottomans side by side to create a bench.
Bedroom benches are not limited to full-, queen-, and king-size beds. You can get the same effect with a single ottoman at the end of a twin bed.
