Here is Abe living on the top shelf of one of my bookcases. It is one of the pair of bookends I bought in the early 1960's through World Book Encyclopedia.

Presidents' Day 2020, people gathering at the (Jacob) Lincoln homestead cemetery in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia. Jacob was Abe's great-grandfather. Abe's father was born on the property in 1778. It is not thought that the President ever visited his ancestral home, but it's the closest photo I have to today's theme! (and I love the tree.)

Hi Annie. It was a display of campaign items from the 2016 election. I believe the dolls were bobbleheads. There were versions for both candidates. The little bottles were hand sanitizer. Who knew back in 2016 that everyone would want that. This was not meant to be a political statement and I hope no one took it that way. I think both presidential candidates were represented in this photo. I purposely didn’t use one that was more slanted.

Annie, I'll bet the 2016 spray smells like manure.
