Have you put models of the furniture onto the floorplan? The small bedrooms are quite small -- 8'6" = 102" which means a twin bed with a quilt (40"+) snugged tight to one wall will leave about 5' in room width which is not very much. If you don't snug the bed to the wall (and against the window which *not* a good idea) then one would have to sidle sideways to move around it. And where will a bureau be put -- and could one open the bottom drawer all way out? I don't object to small bedrooms but I do think pushing the vacuum while standing sideways is awkward. Or to put it another way-- which is bigger, the bedroom or your car? Measure before answering. Figures on the plan: 7'7" + 3'3" does not equal 11'1" My usual refrain: Narrow doorways are extremely difficult to maneuver even without crutches. Pick up your loaded laundry basket -- and your fists on the handles will extend wider than your body: measure the distance between outer side of left fist and outer side right fist ... my small basket requires 34" doorways if I plan to go through without smacking my knuckles into the doorframe. The plan shows 32" doorways into BRs and bath (PR has 30"). Yes, you can use the skinny widths, but I truly doubt you'll be happy with them even if no one ever breaks an ankle. Your plans don't have to be handicapped-accessible, but remember that there are no guarantees against accidents... and it's really miserable to be in a wheelchair but worse to be in one and not be able to use the bathroom. And you'll need some kind of a rule about rushing into the bathroom. I can visualize Himself in front of the sink, shaving... and junior-in-a-hurry whomps the door open. I hope himself uses an electric shaver, less blood that way. Okay, it's a compact plan. That's good. There is basically good thought in the traffic flow. Obviously there are painful compromises [always happens in compact plans], which I'm sure you have considered, such as not having a place to fold the clothes when they come out of the dryer. The doorway from car to pantry is close to the kitchen and that's good.... unless those are steps between, which would be very bad (think of holding two bags of groceries, juggling for the house key, and if you have a screen door, you'll need another hand to hold that open). 3-D plans are fun, but be careful to measure the real furniture that will be going into the real-life rooms. An inch here and two inches there doesn't sound like much, but it could mean not getting the table into the dining or maybe the table gets in but no one can sit down. OT, I've lived with crawlspaces. If you do a high-R insulate, have all pipes box-framed and use removable rigid foam on one side to permit access. Sigh. Guess who had to remove insulation to access a frozen pipe which occurred during a long blizzard. That was avoidable, so learn from my mistakes.

What I suggested was to get light fixtures with "similar" characteristics--not matching. The OP's suggested foyer fixture has "bling" sides and an opaque base. The exterior form is hard edged. Of course, everyone is free to choose whatever light fixtures they please. But the OP asked if the two fixtures "coordinate". The answer is no. They contrast, not coordinate. Just my mileage since the OP asked. YMMV! :-)

Brianne; You have a fabulous entry to light & transform your home. I see many great options here for the hanging fixture. I also see the sconces as equally important. I would not match the chandelier exactly & would treat them separately. I also notice that on the second floor landing that you would need a fixture to finish off the transformation. The side table when finished would offer you another warm & decorative option. I see that you are getting many ideas here. It is always a function of what your taste & my expertise is to offer & guide you. I do not want to compete on a open forum. In the entry foyer: Would choose a single wide door with the hinge on the opposite side from the table placement and have a sidelight on the table side that is the same solid wood as the door up to table height height with windows above table height. If possible, also have windows over the door and side light. Would center the overhead light in the foyer and NOT try to make it the focal point of the small foyer -- choose an overhead light that doesn't scream for attention. Dining room/pantry: You are seriously crowding your dining table. Would modify/eliminate the pantry and extend the bumped out window wall all the way across the area of both the dining and pantry/kitchen space to the bedroom wall and have the kitchen cabinets wrap around the corner to what is now the side and back wall of the pantry and continue all the way to the outside wall -- build a wall of cabinets in the enlarged dining room that could be used as pantry but have a finished kitchen/dining room look. Then use sliding glass doors for that window wall so that your kitchen/dining combination has a doorway directly to the outside at the back of the house. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/458030224584893599/?d=t&mt=login NOT a huge fan of the outdoor closets sticking into the house -- would enlarge that adjoining closet area and make two larger closets or one closet and a second closet/dressing room combination. Would want the front two-car garage ("garage 1") accessible from the right side, using the same driveway as the side car shelter ... pave less of the front yard. You could enclose "garage 2" on the side of the house and make "garage 1' in front of the house a drive through shelter open car shelter.
