provenza prices LVP

I am interested in putting down provenza first crush in my home. I just want to get an idea of pricing with installation. Does anyone have quotes they received for the price per square foot for both the product and installation? I have about 900sq ft.

The labour is going to be the biggest variant. Like real estate, it is all Location, Location, Location. What you pay in New Mexico is going to be VERY different then what you pay in New York. Access to cheap labour AND cheap housing (ie. the guy who you are paying has very low rent/mortgage costs) dictate LOW labour costs.

In my neck of the woods (Hot Canadian Housing Market + High Canadian Minimum wage) the average cost of vinyl install (floating) is $3/sf. Laminate is still around $2.50/sf. The cost of vinyl for Canada is around $4 - $7/sf for medium level product. The $8/sf and higher is the best quality the market offers. Either way, you cannot find medium level (or higher) products at a Big Box store.

Let us know where (roughly) you live and what stores/materials are you shopping.

I’m in NY /& I expect prices to be in the higher end. I already know the price of the product but just wanted a rough idea of how much I’ll be spending for labor.

@Ericka EspeEspe wewe sorry for the extra words, the app is being strange. We ended up installing Provenza At Ease. We like it even though it is a little more knotty than expected. We brought home a bunch of samples some we liked during the day some at night. We didn't want gray, orange, yellow... just subtle natural shades.

Hi @steven zuniga, thanks so much for sharing your pics! Your flooring looks amazing! It’s interesting how the color in them changes with the lighting. In the first several pics it looks warmer but then it looks much more grey in the last couple pics. I’m looking for a something warm with brown and a hint of “orange/copper.” Would you describe yours that way? I don’t think I want any grey.

I don't know about the OP but @Cynthia we decided to go ahead and have it installed. We went with the Angel Trail. I will admit that the color is a bit lighter than we thought but we are getting more used to it. Also, the grout lines/tile lines are not very pronounced. My flooring company let me know this in advance and I could tell on the sample board as well. So we can see the lines but they aren't as noticeable like other vinyl tile flooring (we have another brand in our bathrooms). We just had it installed last week so we will see how well it does. According to the flooring company we used, Provenza is a well known brand that's been around a long time but these stone looking tiles are fairly new.
