Bathroom backsplash, mirror, light

I love this mosaic backsplash but I kind of feel it should go on the whole wall. Yes or no? If no, any suggestion for that space on the sides of the vanity?

can I have a round mirror over the sink? If I do the whole wall I think I can have a larger mirror. Should mirror be frameless or can I use a lighter color to frame the mirror?

overhead light, does it have to be ORB or can I go lighter? It will be the main light in the room.

I know the handles are too dark but I really love them.

Looks fine not covering the whole wall. Now that it’s done I’d probably leave it. You can do a mirror with a rim. But show us a sample before committing. Pretty space

Personally I would have covered the whole wall. However, this still looks really nice and I do love the tile. I would do a frameless mirror, a lighter frame would not work. On either side of the tile, could you have slim wall sconces added?? Finally I love the handles, it is a great monochromatic look. Lighter handles would again just stick out too much. Can’t wait to see the finished project.

Hello! I'm really tight for space with my vanity - the vanity is 32" wide (33" with counter) and will be centered in an area between a wall and the toilet - area is approx 39" wide at it's widest. How can I put a mirror above the vanity and allow for side lights? Some of the side lights that I have found are only 5" wide and I can do a mirror that is 22-24" wide... Will this work? Thanks everyone - I'm going crazy trying to figure this out...

Turned out PERFECT Klinger. It's not taking you long to perty up your house since you moved in has it girlie?? It's just beautiful, would love to do that in our one bathroom. I love how they used the floor tile for the backsplash here and topped it with the mosaic. The floor tile may have been cut down to fit. Would that work with the materials you've already selected? I would rather see tile than 10" of counter material. It would be okay to leave a gap at the top of the mirror. I assume you're not putting lights over the mirror or I'd center it.

It depends on the mirrors if you are asking about actual lighted mirrors. You usually don’t get an option for K and lumens they come all ready . I also think a ceiling light would be good for light balance .
