Hardware finish for entire home remodel?!

I have an 80 yr old 2000 sq ft two story house on a back creek off the Chesapeake Bay that had humble beginnings and is now totally gutted. I do not want a farmhouse style, but too modern would not fit the house's vibe, I guess a more coastal modern. I'll likely mix metals throughout, but I'm already at a loss as to which finish to chose for both internal and external doors and windows. The windows are Anderson 400 (white int/ext), with a contemporary E series 8 ft slider and the same 4 ft passthrough window. The internal doors are white 1 panel craftsman style. The kitchen cabinets are painted soft white with white oak cabinets in dining room and kitchen island, plus white oak flooring, all in a lighter, natural shade. The house was originally white 80 years ago, so I am staying with white hardiboard on the exterior and SW Pure white or BM Simply white inside. Thank you so much for any advice or tips.
