Ever get the feeling Nature's against you?
Comments (4)Dealing with 'ma' Nature requires alot of foresight. Hey, you might get pelted with golf ball hail, super high wind, flooding, drought, infestations, whatever. Gird your loins (whatever that means) and prepare for the worst. Gardening is really for the optomistic, patient individual who knows that any gain is sometimes luck. It feels like winning the lottery when the plants actually do what we want. Workaround is the key, study Nature's ways. It's really worth a try. Happy gardening....See MoreSharing October blooms & buds. PLease feel free to add.

Ceropegia woodii variation The leaves of above are a bit different that normal, arrow shaped & veined, not mottled like the other. But check out the blooms Sorry for the glare, that purple fuzz are hairs, like filaments. So strange. Here's the shot that shows them at their other-worldly best!...See MoreHow do I bring the look/feel of nature indoors?

Comments (234){{{{Maddie Lee}}}} You do have a lot going on and had major surgeries. It's ok to have ups and downs. I'm so impressed with what you're able to accomplish so far in your healing in such short time. Just focus on the small things - which it seems like you're doing. Sounds like you have some awesome friends who understand not being up for things. Hope you continue to improve so you don't have to delay treatment, but even if you do it is ok as you want your body to have the best possibly chances to handle any additional trauma. How is your husband doing - if I remember he also had some health issues going on....See MoreIris S (SC, Zone 7b)
