Should i report my monstera albo cutting?

I boght a monstera albo cutting about two months ago now it has a big thick root but its not growing any new leafs it dosent even have a bud for the leafs shuld i repor in soil or shuld i wait

I'd wait and don't worry about it not growing any new leaves yet. A plant will only grow as many leaves as its root system can support and that has a tiny root.

Sometimes new growth in not well-estabilished plants can come up brown or a little deformed. Maybe water a little less, your humidity is good for monstera without the misting also. Here they grow all year round, even in the dry winter. Also, your plant is variegated, so, it is prone to leaf burn if exposed to too much light. I too dont understand about lux, but its a thing to keep in mind. Keep an eye open to not overwatering. What is your mix?

I actually didn't know this, either - but a friend that I delivered some plants to, had one - which is how I know this. I tried it, too, but didn't have any luck. (His was green.) It looked to be a medium-sized leaf - he said it broke off of a plant he had moved, and he didn't know it would root, but tried it anyway, and it was sitting in a cup of water - with many roots. The (two) that I tried, were OLD, huge leaves from my variegated Thai Constellation which were old and browning - which might have led to my non-success.

Ditto to Waits, I'd put her in a 6-8" pot in Spring, too big a pot can cause a lot of problems IMHO

that poor plant is pot bound - mine is in the ground, in front of the house and over 2 stories tall. The operative word here is Monstera - as in huge. Either a monster pot, or put it in the ground.

It looks fine. If there are roots, there is a bud somewhere, most like at the very base of the leaf. The pot size is fine until new growth starts, and even then, it can probably be kept in the pot for another year depending on how fast it grows.
