Quality is fantastic! I love my Rosewood Colby pendants. Barnlight Electric's shipping costs are ridiculous. And if you need to return, they charge a 25% re-stocking fee, which is steep, so make sure you purchase the correct size!! They also don't tell you that it might take 4 weeks to get your light. That said, I love my pendants and think they are the focal point of my kitchen.
