I am not seeing Bisque but almost a pale green on my monitor which is the color I would suggest it be. Maybe check out Guilford Green

I would match your backsplash color for the walls.

I would remove the backspalsh and get something much simpler to bring this space into 2020

Backsplash update needed first. Wall color chosen last. Hardware upgrade would be helpful. Put a runner or two on the floor / some pattern or texture/ color on top of the ultra plain floor would be an improvement. Maybe even some color then in a backsplash tile ? Greens ? If you find the right one could be perfect.

I think the example posted above with darker walls looks much better in your space that a lighter color, so I would pull out the darker color in the backsplash and use that.

Is the kitchen open to another area that will need to be part of the big picture? I like pale sage greens with your cabinetry, but I agree that the backsplash could use an upgrade first. How's your lighting? That should be considered before picking a color. 4000K LEDs are often suggested here on Houzz' under the cabs too.

Current wall color looks to be close to your floor color. Other colors, while nice, seem to add too many different colors in the space.
