I’m wondering if that new condo project (I’m assuming they’re condos) in key allegro was underway when you were there. They are beautiful. They have a modern/coastal farmhouse appearance. It seems like a lot of rebuilds are going with that look. More board and batten versus horizontal hardiplank. And white in color seems to be more and more often used versus the typical tropical colors. I hope coastal towns down lose their tropical flair. But here I am considering white too. So I guess I’m a guilty party. I plan to utilize bright colors but not as the main color. At least that’s where my head is today lol. We are in Copano, not key allegro.

Is eggshell an option? Also, is your house shaded? Ours is a dark, Oreo brown and the non shaded portions get so hot in the summer that you can’t leave your hand on iit.

I think to go modern with wooden/cedar combo is better choice. Here is visual with navy blue
