Comments (2)I understand what you mean. The last couple of years at this time of year, I had dozens of Gulf Fritillary caterpillars. Still nothing. On the bright side, the long tailed skippers finally showed up. No giving up! I might just become nocturnal. I am finding a lot of moth caterpillars. Most of the back of my house along the porch is lined with 4 o’clock. It’s a lot of fun to see about 10 hummingbird moth and assorted smaller Sphinx moth like Tersa after dark. Wish my eyesight would be better for that. And they are fast....See Moredsgts
