Toilet Flange Replacement Problem

HU-639680951

Moved to a new house a few months ago, then noticed a leak from the base of the toilet. Pulled everything up and found a cracked flange. I bought a Danco HydroSeat repair kit https://www.danco.com/product/hydroseat-flange-repair/

Here's the problem: The circle cut into my tile is not a very even circle, and the spots where I would drill into the tile sometimes aren't actually on the tile.

Considered cutting the tile...but the next issue is that the concrete underneath the tile isn't directly underneath. There's maybe a 1-2 inch gap from the top of the toilet pipe to the concrete below. Screws may not even reach that far, and if they do, it won't be that secure. This is all before adding the wax ring underneath the flange repair kit that I am using.

The hydroseat doesn't seem like it's going to be a good solution. Any thoughts on what hardware I might need to repair this?

Please see the photos to get a better idea of the issue.
