I think you need to decide if you want one bath or two. If you want two baths, you definitely need to figure out how to add another toilet. Also, I think it would be much nicer to have a bigger shower. Personally, I would rather share a nice bath with a roommate than have the chopped up room you have now. I would close off the door to the bedroom, remove the door in the middle, expand the shower another foot, remove all of the pony walls, and rotate the bottom sink around to mirror the top sink. I would also move a light fixture to the new center of the now-square room. If it is possible to move the toilet, another option might be enclose the toilet in its own little space with a pocket door, maybe where the shower is now. Then, move the shower to where the lower sink is, and expand the upper sink into a double vanity. It can be nice, if two people are sharing the bath, to have the toilet in its own enclosed space.

DH sprayed the Advance for all the trim and I think he mentioned it went on a bit different but he didn't have any complaints. I think he thinned it with floetrol, just like he did when we used Sherwin Williams ProClassic for our other trim. We just hired a painter to paint the trim and doors in the remaining bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom because DH doesn't have time to finish those rooms. The painter is brushing instead of spraying and he said he really likes the Advance. It looks great - not as perfect as DH's sprayed on finish but DH also takes 3 times longer to finish because he's such a perfectionist :)

Thank you for the wisdom! I put frosted window film in to see if I like what it looks like before ordering a door. It is brighter than I thought it would be and it looks good from the exterior side.
