should I worry about this Canada goose?
Comments (4)I don't agree. I have pet geese and when they making a nest across our ditch, the little ones would getting stuck in it because they can't climb on narrow walls like their parents do. Parents don't always know what is better. If I need to get the babies and parents are trying to attack, I normally just grab it by the neck close to its head and hold down its wings with the other hand. But don't pull or try to pick up it up by neck. Just hold its head so they can't bite you. After that you can restrict the mother in some box until babies are moved. Incubation period for my geese is around 30 days....See MoreShould I be worried about our RE???
Comments (6)Triciae  your comments make sense with what little I know 1) Who owned the property? I was told that the homeowner owned the property. I was led to believe that it was not an REO nor was the house in foreclosure. The house was vacant when we saw it and made our offer - I think that was last March We were also told at some point that the entity holding the note "went under" and was "taken over" by another group which delayed things further. I found it hard to believe that a bank (or whom ever) would agree to accept a short unless the owner was not able to make the payments. If the owner was not making payments  why did the bank want to sit on an empty house when they had an offer for more than they agreed to accept? None of it made sense to me. :-) 2) Who did you make your offer to? 3) Was there a sellerÂs agent involved? There was a sellerÂs agent and our agent made the offer to him. I was told that the sellerÂs agent had only been doing this a short time and he was not very responsive to phone calls. There was a lot I didnÂt understand and I didnÂt try very hard to learn IÂm afraid. We had so much to do to get our current place ready to rent (our kitchen was drywall only!) that we turned all our attention to it and believed our RE was handling things. The truth is  IÂm not sure even DH wanted the house by this time but thatÂs not the point. I need to believe that we have an RE who is capable of doing right by us and my confidence has been shaken. But before I wrongly judge her and look for someone else  I thought I would ask here :-)...See MoreI have a baby map turtle how worried should i be about frogs ?

Comments (3)There is something called Palm Leaf Skeletonizer. It may not be this but Neem Oil is always good to use as a pest killer. Palm leaf skeletonizer The insect pest that is responsible for this damage inhabits and feeds on the tissues of the palm’s leaf. When this happens the leaves will take on a sickly appearance with a sawdust-like looking material. If this disease is not taken care of immediately can spread to the entire leaf. What is left after the destruction is the veins and the bare midribs, in other words, the entire leaf will be stripped? Theinfected leaves should be removed immediately at first sign to avoid spreading of this disease. Because if this disease is allowed to spread to the healthy leaves will be hard to control weakening the palm. If all of the leaves are infected because of not taking quick action the entire leaves will have to be removed which puts your queen palm in greater danger. Remove the infected leaves with a hand pruner and apply neem oil or sevin to bring this garden insect pest under control. After use, the pruner should be sterilized with alcohol and water then sprayed with WD 40....See MorePaayal Krish
