Allen wrenches, also known as hex keys, come in folding sets of multiple sizes that cost about $10-15; you are sure to find the size you need in the set. The folding sets also come in metric size in case your faucet was made in Europe or a country that uses the metric system. Just go to the hardware store and you’ll see both. Here is a pic of one, but all the hardware manufacturers make them.

Thanks, I see the Allen wrench. If you see the image carefully, there is a center piece in the hole on the screw. This appears to be a different than the allen wrench.

It's a security head Allen or Star head.( can't quite see) screw. They sell kits of them just about every big box store. Make sure your water is turned off under the sink first.

Thanks @RCKsinks Inc. see the image attached. I was able to remove the Allen screw and take the top portion out. Now how do I get the stem out to replace it to stop the slow leak?
