Yes, I grew Orange Russian # 117 as soon as it was listed in the SSE Yearbook back in I think 2003 and it's a selection of Jeff Dawson's in CA. Since I love plain ole Russian #117 I thought this one might mimic some of the size and shape and taste, Russian # 117 also being a heart , but it was completely different. Fruits are smaller than most heart shaped varieties and different shapes can be seen. Yield was very good. Maybe it was a bad year for bicolors, which can be fussy, when I grew it but I didn't find the taste to be anything special for a bicolor, in other words there are other gold/red bicolors that I prefer, despite this one being heart shaped, and I didn't grow it a second time. Temperature is indeed a big factor with this kind. There is a variable wideness white edge on yours that suggests to me that when it is cooler you'll show a lot more white on your blooms. It is typical in the USA to see pretty solid colors on bi-colored Russian AV's in the summer months, more thumb prints in spring and autumn, and possibly all white or nearly all white flowers with only hints of color in winter. That is perfectly normal with these. Here's an example. RS Rosinka in my summer months looks like this every year. Then in autumn and spring it looks more like this: And in the depths of winter, this is quite typical for coloring in the coolest months: All the exact same plant in the same yearly cycle. I also see this with my Frosted Cherry, my LE Karusel, etc. It's perfectly normal. I also tend to see more single blooms in hot weather and more fully double (for those kinds that are supposed to be doubles) only in the cooler months when the plants are less stressed by heat.

You have 100 times more chances to lose your shipment to delay. But it can happen - so it is at your own risk, NY only charges several $ for phyto, CO - $62 - and the whole day wasted. I tried to get phyto in Sweden - they only have it for big semi trucks filled with sales plants - and it cost $1000. Phyto is not required for the countries of EU. In some countries - obtaining the phyto will bring the tax inspector to your doors.
