Please help with off-white for playroom

I’d like advice on an off-white paint color for our den/playroom. We are painting it before we move into the house later this month. It’s a room open to the main floor, which is already painted Sherwin Williams Navajo white (this color is a lower LRV and more yellow than I like, so I don’t want to paint the playroom that color). The main floor has newer maple cabinets and staircase and other details. The trim and windows in the playroom are antique maple. The playroom has two windows: one south, one west (located in MN, for what it’s worth). The house is craftsman style. Our personal style leans toward Scandinavian. There will be some white and wood shelving and furniture in the room from IKEA to store toys. I’m considering something like Benjamin Moore white dove, but I don’t totally understand why it’s so beloved, and I can’t quite tell whether it would look nice or not.

The two attached photos are how the playroom looks currently (when staged) and how it opens to the main floor.
