I believe both Kitchen Aid and Jenn Air are both owned by Whirlpool. Are they standard 30" ovens?

I redid my kitchen 2 years ago and after a ton of research, ended up with Kitchen Aid 30” electric convection wall ovens. I narrowed it down to Kitchen Aid (sister of JennAir) or Bosch and KA had the better warranty. I wanted a workhorse that wasn’t a smart or steam oven and took a poll of all the people I know who really bake a lot and both Kitchen Aid and GE electric wall ovens were the favorites(many in addition to a high end range like Wolf). So far, my ovens have been fantastic—even heat and quiet enough that my husband accidentally left the oven on. They do take about 15-20 minutes to preheat to 400 degrees. I haven’t had any chipping issues but I never use self clean (several appliance guys have independently told me not to, regardless of brand, because you have too high a chance of frying the motherboard). FWIW, I am in the Midwest and have had a DCS gas oven and GE electric oven in the past.

Check the handle attachments and door edges on both the Cafe and Kitchen Aid. I found the KA to have sharp edges that might be concerning. GE cafe series was significantly more money. Were you seeking double convection ovens? Read the YaleAppliance.com report on these choices to see what others think, as well as websites with customer reviews-particularly if they've owned them for some time. Check also how easily the racks slide in and out, repair issues, cold spots in each brand, ease of use, etc.

Thanks for the comments! One oven is 30” and one is 27”....both are under countertop level. I’ve had no issues with my current KA other than the door shattering after 15 years...and I hardly ever use the self clean - clearly there is a problem there. I wish the KA didn’t take so long to preheat - that is a drag. The appliance guy told me the more high tech the more problematic, which is why I‘m not keen on the wifi connected ones.

And I’ve had the electric convection :)
