LIGHTING HELP! 24ft Vault over kitchen & pantry/powder room/hallway.

We are building a post and beam home with a vaulted area that is partially above the kitchen but also spans over the pantry, powder room, and a hallway. We were originally planning pot lights up there... our electrician recommended 2 rows of 5 pots (one row on each side of the beam). However, he is having trouble even installing those pot lights due to the height of the vault and now we are wondering how on earth we are even going to change out those bulbs when they burn out. If you have any recommendations/solutions for that or know of lights that last forever... please let us know. This hiccup has led us to discuss a plan B...

Plan B: One large or 2 large hanging fixtures? I don’t know what size of fixtures we would need or exactly how that would look but it would make the logistics of changing bulbs a bit easier.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Any input would be much appreciated.

Blue rectangle is the vaulted area. The orange circles are pot lights in the lower part of the ceiling and the yellow square is a fixture over the island. I have attached more pictures below to give everyone a better idea of what we are working with.
