Need help matching dining table and chairs

I finally found a glass dining table for my kitchen nook. Needing some advice if these will match?

My objection is both pieces have distinct design for pedestal/chair legs.

How about this chair? Straight lines...

Sorry when you go this small for a table you need a pedestal and no those chairs do not work. Judy’s works but IMO to much matchy matchy . Why a brass base all ? Maybe a bit more info and some pics of the space .IMO the table is 80s and the chair is MCM so not working in my head.

Check out Carrington Court Chairs online. They are reasonably priced, you can pick from their fabrics or send your own. They have numerous styles to choose from. I ordered a chair for a desk we use occasionally. I sent my own fabric and am very pleased with the chair...nice upholstery job and they have good customer service.

My inclination would be to paint it black, not with chalk paint, but a high-gloss finish. Love something like this canvas for your room…bridge cables. $69.00 each…an industrial take on the high back dining chair. Rug has to go anyway, but it isn’t the right size/shape. You need something that is at least 2’ bigger than the table. Probably and 8 x 10. The wall decor, I am glad you are replacing it. I don’t think that mirror is the answer, though.

I like the ones Patricia posted. Not only do they look more comfortable, and I can attest to rush seats because I have them, but they are more rounded . I have found that on a round table square seats rarely fit well. Something more rounded physically fits better and if you desire to squeeze more people in on occasion you're able to do so. With a square chair that isnt the case. I suppose the old adage of not fitting a square peg into a round hole may somewhat apply here.

The table has a really muscular right-angled solidity to it. It’s wonderful... but I think that means you need some color and curves with the chairs! Judy’s suggestion seems to me like it matches too much with the table and doesn’t jnfuse life. I think the red west elm suggestion is a great one. Thanks both! It is apparent I need some help! Here is a picture of the space. This is from the previous owner, I like the look but I would like something less farmhouse/rustic and prefer more modern.

To add, the space isn’t so large. The biggest we could go is 48” round.

I'd go with chairs that have a darker leg and a bit more transitional than the chairs you selected. They're a bit too Danish modern-looking to me. Alternatively, you could get some slipcovered Parson's chairs: simple lines and very casual.

This one by Ballard Designs is very nice and reasonably priced.
