1 zone heat pump with 3 zone oil boiler backup

Currently have an 18 year old retrofit Central A/C system that treats the whole house as one zone and an Oil Fired Boiler that supplies hot water and heats the house thru 3 zones of hot water baseboard heat. So, the A/C has one thermostat and the Oil heat has three thermostat.

I need to replace the A/C system and I'm considering getting a Heat Pump System.

When the heat pump is heating the house, I would like the three zones of oil heat to ignore their thermostats and not be on; but, when the heat pump cuts off (at 40F), I would like the three zones of oil heat to respect their individual thermostats.

Is there a controller that handles this?
