A lot of lines formed by the timber structure underneath a water tower at a dilapidated "castle"....a stone house that has long since been abandoned.

Fishing piers, Mobile Bay, Fairhope, AL.

Not sure this really 'qualifies'.

"Wave" House, Palm Desert

It's interesting how con trails sometimes disappear, other times leave fancy swirls in the sky. The two sharpest white lines here are a jet heading north, and one lower down heading south. You can see they follow the path of earlier flights. Power and cable and telephone lines, part of living in town.

The branch he's sitting on....is almost straight...☺

Annie - would love to see the "castle".

Just for you, Skibby. It's a burned out shell...they say it would cost $1mil just to keep the walls from collapsing at this point. A real shame.

I'm so enjoying everyone's line pictures!

I think I used this recently, but it fits the topic.

not sure if I've got the whole linear thing down pat. Maybe with the wings? At least there's a circle and a pseudo triangle in there and a square sort of so I can say I've been contributing in some way. Annie's right enjoyable pictures everyone!

This is native art from crab park in Vancouver.

Horses behind bars. Teddy on the left and his girlfriend, Cherokee.

yeonassky, I see a lot of ovals, but linear not so much. However, I do love Native art in Vancouver. Here's a piece I bought in Vancouver:

I have since moved this to a different part of the room, and it has more space around it.

If I were in L.A. right now, I could rephotograph it.

Nice native art piece Lars!

What about the log in the upper left hand corner? Could that be linear? :-)

All around the artwork there are many drawings from children.

The log could be linear, but I think the smile in the middle comes closer. It took me a while to notice that.

Thanks Annie. I love it!
