I never like a roof to be a specific color since that will always drive what you can do with the other elemnts of a home. So I like a simple brown or charcoal roof . I aslo would need to see your house .

These inspiration pictures are quite grainy so it is hard to tell, but they look grayer to me than blue. Many grays have a bluer undertone which is magnified with the reflected sky.

If you will be in your house less than 10 years pick something the market will like; you can tell this by driving around one of the nicer/newer neighborhoods near your home. If you will be there longer, get what makes you happy. If it's your forever house and there's a little wiggle room in the budget, synthetics like DaVinci Roofscapes save you money over time.

There are a couple of other things to consider beyond strictly color.

Dark shades can warm your attic while light colors will help keep it cool. If you live somewhere particularly sunny, look for Energy Star or Cool Roof features that boost solar reflectance.
