Thank you everyone!! I should clarify, I wouldn't mind the tile if the white was actually white, it's just more of a worn/cream/off white type color which is throwing me off a little bit. I do like the idea of adding a pop of color - I'm just one of those people that's usually afraid of color! So I first went for white and black and got a little disappointed. Loving the teal/aqua recommendation though:) thanks again everyone!

Exactly! btw. I sound like a total rube I know, but no one ever told me I have to squeegee my glass to keep it from etching. Get the girls a squeegee and have them go to town after every shower. It will keep the grout cleaner as well as save you from having to see permanent spots on the glass door.

what's the budget? you'll want two sinks, no? a vanity that long will need to be custom made. you could do two 48" vanities and do a drop down countertop for a makeup spot in the middle. something like this If you don't need that, then find a longer vanity or do something like these if you don't want white, pick a darker tone from the tile, or even a wood vanity like this floating one below, (if you want sconces, you'll have to get the wall wired for them. not a big deal, you'll just need to know where the sinks and mirror are placed) go to a tile store and find a nice porcelain tile that matches you show tile. take extra tile w/you if you have it. I'd do white vanities if you want to brighten up the space. you could find a nice granite or quartz countertop that works w/your tile. sand and prime the linen cabinet and use BM Advance paint. do a contrasting color. new hardware. get two lighting fixtures for over each sink.

He thinks painting the tile will look bad, it will look painted. He's done it once before and the results were not great in his opinion. I will shop around for new bulbs that read less yellow. And I think I'll get the tile color matched and lightened to try a patch. Otherwise I'm also thinking White dove satin on the wall and semi gloss on the trims and waiscotting. that way I can play with colors in the rest of the room and am not tied to green ... if that makes sense.
