Intermittent Fasting diet

Funkyart posted a couple of weeks ago about different diet plans, including Intermittent Fasting. I have been aware of the concept for quite a while, but have never strictly followed IF.

I figured it might be a good way to drop those unwanted Covid pounds, since I normally don't eat early in the morning anyway.


I started 2 weeks ago, and have lost 2 pounds, despite eating a bunch of junk while we were on a road trip to California, eating more junk while we were visiting our daughter (pizza, donuts, take out Thai, etc.), and not getting much exercise because of the extreme heat in California.


Now that I'm home, I'm finding that my appetite has diminished, particularly for dinner.


I hope that the one pound/per week weight loss continues!
