BM aura bath & spa paint strong odor?
Comments (13)This is the 3rd day after I used Aura bath and spa and still have a very strong odor. The windows have been open for 3 days and the vent has been running as well as the ceiling fan in the adjacent master bedroom. I was surprised with the strong smell as I've been using BM Regal select. I read some of the comments, no odor and it is a puzzle to me....See MoreBest Ceiling Paint for Farrow & Ball, BM Aura
Comments (11)I just primed, and painted my ceiling with Farrow & Ball primer, and Wimborne White in the Estate Emulsion. It's a nightmare. It's flashing after a third top coat. The primer went on beautifully, and looked better than the Estate Emulsion. At this point, I don't know what to do. I'm considering the BM Waterborne paint, but I've read that flashes, too. Any thoughts anyone? For my time, and money, I definitely won't be using Farrow & Ball on a ceiling again. I'm hoping a professional painter can salvage the Blazer Red, I've put on the walls. So far Farrow and Ball for me has been a huge disappointment....See MoreSW Duration or BM Aura exterior paint for a deep red?
Comments (5)Do you trust the BM color matching? What if I mixed a few sample paints to come up with a custom color? Would you trust the BM color scanner to match it? I ask because I have been testing color samples on my house and can't find the right color. One is close but just a tad too orangey on the front of the house that gets all day sun....See Morewhat paint sheen for BM for kitchen and entire first floor?
Comments (3)For walls, we used Benjamin Moore Aura, Revere Pewter in Matte finish, and are very pleased with it. Eggshell would be slightly glossier, and probably wash a little better, but I prefer the Matte finish.
