Acoustic board under siding?

I am having my house resided and live near a busy road so want to add a 1" layer of foam/fiber/? board underneath the siding to help reduce sound. The contractor I am going with is suggesting the following - https://www.homedepot.com/p/1-2-in-x-4-ft-x-8-ft-R-1-2-Sound-Board-Sound-Barrier-Sheathing-206136/202090212

I don't know much about this product but it looks to be cellulose based. I was concerned if water got to it, but my contractor said they are going to put a house wrap over it, so that shouldn't be a concern. I was originally going to go with a foam board product https://www.homedepot.com/p/SilveRboard-24-in-x-1-in-x-48-in-R5-Radiant-Acoustic-Insulation-Kit-STC-19-5-Piece-SB12AKIT/205975329

The SilveRboard is much lighter 1.5 vs 38 lbs and has a sound reduction rating of stc19 while there isn't any reduction rating listed for the cellulose sound board. It would seem a heavier material would dampen sound better but maybe there are other factors that make up for the lightweight of the SilveRboard? If anyone has thoughts about which would be a better way to go, it will be appreciated!
