The first thing to do is get proper lighting. Change bulbs to LEDs in dayligh color which is 3500- 5000K before choosing colors . As for painting the cabinets unless you have done lots of other cabinet painting having them painted by an actual cabinet refinisher will be worth the money as long as you love the kitchen the way it is. Mt advice woulf be to wait 3-6 months and see how it functions before spending money.

Thanks for suggestion! Would the trim still be White Dove if I went with Linen White walls? Do you think the Beach Glass for cabinets is too much?

B.M. Gray Wisp would work well....it is gray (cool against the warm cabinets) with strong green undertones (again cool). Ask your S W dealer to match the B.M. formula. If Gray Wisp is too dark, find the S W equivalent of B.M. Paperwhite
