Can you add a heating unit to existing central air ducts?

Hello, First time homeowner here. The discussions have been really helpful. I just bought a house and it has hydronic baseboard heating which I like, however, the boiler is original to the house (1960) and the baseboards are old and not very pleasing to the eye. More importantly, I am building a deck through the dining room and one of the baseboards will have to be moved to allow for a sliding door to be added. The previous owner added a central air system to the house in 2004 and built all the ducts that go with it. I am wondering, how difficult would it be to add a heating unit and change the heating of the house to forced air (which I am used to anyway)?

Thank you!
