Can you give a closer view? It looks like a flowering Prunus of some description but we can't clearly see the leaves or flowers. It is also helpful to know where you are located.

I love the facial expression on the faces of other gardeners when they ask me what it is and I exclaim, 'Polychroma spurge Euphorbia 'Bonfire!!' I haven't had 'Bonfire' more than a half dozen years but I had what I assume was the 'original' euphorbia cultivar 20+ years.
