Absolutely loved her!

I adore this movie -- I love the scene where she finally feels what it's like to be a model -- coming down the grand staircase while Fred Astair snaps snaps snaps. My husband didn't have much patience for Hollywood movies but I played several scenes for him and he fell for it. It's a beautiful film and she's gorgeous. I can also sing the whole score well enough to please myself, only to myself!

The wardrobe was so beautiful in that film and looked so wonderful on the always elegant Audrey Hepburn.

Just adored her. She seemed like a good person off screen, too. I remember her in Wait Until Dark. Not her most glamorous role, but that movie scared me to death. She was a breat actress as well as a beauty.

Oh, Wait Until Dark made me jump. I saw it in an art house theater, perfect ambiance.

AND what about ROMAN HOLIDAY????!!!!!

My favorites of hers are Charade (with Cary Grant - what a combination!) and Two for the Road, with Albert Finney. How to Steal a Million, with Peter O'Toole, is also great fun. She was absolutely the most elegant actress we've ever had.

Oh yes. Two For The Road. I loved that one!

Actually, I love just about every Audrey Hepburn movie, but my favorite is The Nun's Story. She manages to combine being sincerely devout with being elegant.

We watched Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte last night since Olivia de Havilland passed away. I didn't like it as much as Whatever Happened to Baby Jane.

My fav Hepburn movie is Robin and Marian. She came out of retirement for that movie, but it didn't do that well so she retired again. Now it's more highly regarded, and deservedly so.

The casting was incredible: Robert Shaw as the Sheriff and Nicol Williamson as the inarticulate Little John who secretly adored Lady Marian.

Hepburn and Connery had great charisma together (how could they not, LOL?).
