Can a roofing company increase quote AFTER a contract has been signed?

Three days ago I signed a contract and paid half down for a new roof on my storm damaged barn. This quote was the least expensive, and was from a well respected company so I called them to make sure the quote was for the entire barn roof (and not just half like some other contractors sent estimates for) and they assured me it was for the whole roof, I asked a few more questions and then signed the contract and gave them half down for materials. Today the owner called me and said that there was a mistake, that the guy that did the estimate was new and he didn't add all the labor costs - that it was going to be $2000 more. I am not sure what to do now, my insurance company gave me the amount of this quote for the work, and now I am stuck, Is this company obligated to honor this contract?
