Pottery Barn outdoor table

I know there is a pandemic and I have bought many wonderful things from Pottery Barn over the years. However the table I purchased last summer, towards the end of the summer, has aged horribly. I have emailed to customer service countless times and still haven’t gotten an appropriate response. They just keep giving me the runaround. Does anyone have any advice on how to get a refund or credit? The matching chairs are also now beginning to chip.
