I think that LRV is the least important and easiest to determine aspect of color when trying to blend/match/complement another surface. Any light color, including white, has a high LRV--Chantilly Lace is 90% and White Wisp is 80%, so you probably won't see a difference between them outside, especially on a sunny day. More importantly, you need to take into account the hue and chroma of a color when looking for a complementary color for the pavers. Hue meaning the actual color as per the "rainbow" (red/orange/yellow/green/blue/purple), and chroma meaning how bright or saturated the color is. Your pavers look to be gray (from what I can tell from the photo), and if you want a color with a lower LRV, which means a darker color that won't be so reflective, then go with a medium gray, not any of the whites. Try Coventry Gray (HC169), Boothbay Gray (HC165), Brewster Gray (HC162), or any of the medium grays in the fandeck. Keep in mind that you need to see a large sample of the color outside, on sunny and cloudy days, to select the best color. Also keep in mind that all the neutral grays belong to a hue family--some will appear more blue/green/purple, etc. but you can only tell how they'll appear by viewing them yourself in your space. You could paint the railing and the skirt that same yellow as the house. Or white. Or stain it to match the brick - a medium brown. Paint the deck in a deck paint in a light gray. I think the blue, while pretty is a bit too intense for the yellow, which quite lovely. What about this blue? I would paint the frame around the window blue, too.

Hmmm, the pic doesn't look like it has paint, looks like fresh concrete. But I would gather the paint is why any slippage occurred (because the driveway goes through the sidewalk, rather than stopping short, where you could have a separate sidewalk be light broomed finish, then a separate apron). The coefficient of friction for an exposed, typically-troweled concrete surface should be adequate to prevent slippage, even for a non-broom finish, unless you power trowel (e.g. "polish"), which the surface does not look like it was. Being I presume Florida an applied finish will last longer, but I have not seen any finish to concrete last satisfactorily in any climate. Concrete has and emits moisture from soaking from above and below which counters an applied finish; because of the grass lippage you will always have muddy water or standing water on the concrete which could lead to slippage. But that's just my opinion. Also look at polymer-added sealers, if you can get the paint off.

match the sink shade of white..a nice clean white but not stark....just keep the walls fresh like that. enough other things going on and it all looks good..white or light walls will make that backsplash against the wood cabs pop. note below white w the teal/wood really amplifies the effect. If you want more color for the space look at 3rd pic and do it w window treatment/floor runner etc..
