Would use the same white for the baseboards and other trim as you have for your cabinets.

Two shades/finishes of the same color-- white or gray -- that are very similar will make one or the other shade/finish look "off" ... as if a mistake was made on one of them.

Greek villa is a good wall color choice. Do post after pics.

Not a pro. I regretted using different shades of white on cabinets and trim in a rental property. I would stick with Greek villa throughout if I were you.

Match the cabinet white for all trim, and use a satin finish.

I agree the cabinet color for all trim and in satin. I never like trim is a color unless it is the same as the walls even in finish, white just works better

If beams are already painted, then yes, it would be practical to paint them the same white as the ceiling.
