I am also curious about this. CR recently reviewed antivibration pads and a new anti-vibration unit that the whole washer sits on. We currently have a top loader on second floor on shake-away pads, and it still shakes the floor more than we would like. CR's most recent tests rate so many washers as excellent on vibration that it is not helpful. Has anyone found real vibration tests for recent (new) models?? The pad that CR likes is only for front-loaders, so we are looking at the following, either: 1. THe best (least vibration) front loader and the anti-shake pad (steadywash I think), or, 2. The least vibration top loader (don't care if it's top or front as we hang all of our clothes, but our current top loader uses way too much water, as evidenced by our water bill increase after we got it - so would prefer something that uses less water) CR mentioned Samsung WF520AB[P] when they tested the pads. Thoughts? Thanks!!!

Your realtor definitely needs a professional photographer. The green paint itself MAY be fine if say, that bedroom isn't really that drab-ly dark. I think you said the salmon has already been repainted? Good... I wouldn't add an extra laundry in the garage, and from what I see of the garage floor, it doesn't need painting. (Then again, there may be parts I cannot see.) I love your woodwork, especially the kitchen cabs. If you leave any objects over cabinets, make them just a couple of items easily recognizable as to what they are - I spent too much time trying to figure them out while looking at that photo. Agree with others about the nipple lights, too. And that write up!

@littlegreeny, I've just had awful experiences with LG machines personally. One of them (a 2007 model) constantly dumbed down water temperatures and had a bad habit of making clothes pill. Cleaning was acceptable, but I just thought the whole build quality was garbage, and the machines reminded me of cheap plastic. The 2nd set came with a vacation home we purchased. The machines which had been purchased within the past two years, already had their bearings failing. We completed less than 30 loads of laundry before the drum would no longer spin. I was so happy to dump the set for a Bosch Axxis series. They also dumbed down water temperatures as well, although didn't seem to shred clothes as badly. I just think LG is South Korean Garbage. Samsung I can't say I've personally used, but... everyone that I know who owns a set seems to hate it. The personal opinions on this forum are not much better. If I had to make a recommendation, I'd tell people to buy Electrolux, Whirlpool/Maytag, Bosch, or Miele. With a heavy bias towards Bosch & Electrolux. And to avoid the top loading high-efficiency machines. I used to also be a decent fan of General Electric, but they apparently sold their appliance line to a Chinese Company. In my opinion, they used to have the most reliable builder-grade appliances and made quality stuff.
