it is a 12 32xl model number 71188 serial number is 7902436. it is jacked up. you can turn each axle and they spin free of each other. as in. when you spin one wheel the other wheel does nothing. nor does the pulley. you can do this in all gears. you can start the motor and let out clutch and the pulley just spins free. no wheel movement. i was wondering where that cable from the shifter went. the only place i can find is on the clutch. i wondered if it went somewhere on the rearend and was needed to engage the trans. the weird thing is. before i put the belt on and when the trans was in gear. the pulley would only turn about a 1/4 inch each way. but in nuetral it would spin free. i had to have it nuetral to spin the belt on cause it would not spin free when it was in gear. once i got on the unit after putting on the belt. i started it an let out clutch and nothing. so i look down and see the pulley is spinning and the unit is not moving. no matter what gear i select. sorry about the model number being wrong. don't know what i was thinking. and thanks alot for the help.

Linda, congrats on finding a house and getting yours on the market. Busy times. I envy your proximity to your grands. Everyone here sounds busy. And why are all the AC units going on the fritz? Ours on our boat can't begin to keep up with this heat - and of course we have no shade. Came back to boat last evening and it was 87 in our main salon. So I've been going over to my moms house to sew in her guest room. Spent a few hours yesterday cutting and bagging up the fabrics for Carol Doak's Mariners Compass Star blocks. I've got less than half done on that. Today I'll go back there and try to find bottom on one of my bins of stuff, to find a whole cloth quilt that is already marked and ready to go. I'm going to machine quilt it for a friends baby shower. Left it to the last minute... If I get that done and still have time energy I'll get a couple of bird houses done. They are so cute. VF, what a nice vase & flower for your friend. Our house is within 2-3 weeks of being finished. I can't wait to move into my own sewing room! Then I swear I'm going to be making draperies for months. Friday I went to a workshop on crazy quilting. The project was a needlebook. I Love mine. It's the best project I think I've done in a workshop. Have lots of hand embellishment left to do, then assemble it. I used silk dupioni's in yellows oranges and reds. Marjorie

Cable lights above island and under cab lights-$240 Fridge bought 3 years ago as a scratch and dent-$900 Dishwasher bought new 4 years ago-$0 A very generous gift! Granite counter-$2200 Our remodel took so long because we did all of the work except for running the LP line(stove), installing the granite, and making the cherry island top. The backsplash and a custom pantry unit (to be built next to fridge) are currently on hold as DH lost his job wayyyyy back in Sept.(right after we had paid for our remodel!) I was to meet my sister in Silver Spring for dinner at 5:00, but at 4:00 I called her just leaving Second Chance in Baltimore. I was getting onto the rush hour Balto-beltway with 15' of antique pine boards hanging out of my 6' truck bed for a 40 minute drive. I wasn't smart enough to buy a cinder block to put on the bed end of the boards, so they were tied down. With every bump they were bouncing up and down in slow motion. Wahhhh-Woooooo-wonk-wonk-Wahhh they went up and down. But I made it. And the best, self-birthday present ever. That, and the 20 ounce prime rib I took myself out to have, along with an unexpectedly giant bowl of vanilla ice cream. And we're talking entrée salad bowl size. Whooo woot! Happy birthday to me, as I went home feeling like a whale. Finished picking up my Techo-bloc pavers. Got a couple turf stone pavers and hope to pick up 20 more today. I am certainly an eclectic person. Or so I tell my Bad Self. All you wood working kinda people here? your homes are looking absolutely beautiful. The grain on those doors.
