Plant Lady, Seems you have a disease. There are a few that could spell disaster for you. One is Anthracnose of Sansevieria trifasciata. "This pathogen is host specific to Sansevieria and will not infect other crops. This disease first appears as small brown spots that often looked water soaked. As the disease progresses these spots will become increasingly larger and have the ability to completely stretch across the entire leaf. Dr. Norman’s research is showing that preventative sprays of these chemicals are effective at controlling Sansevieria anthracnose: Pageant, Heritage, Torque, Concert, thiophanate methyl, Affirm, Palladium, Disarm, Cease and Milstop. This typically isn’t a crop that needs to be sprayed and might present an opportunity to pick up some extra chemical sales in the south. There is no cure for this disease, prevention only so staying on top of this disease is key." Second is red spider mites. "It is better to use 3 in rotation if you want to eradicate them. Some good ones are Floramite, Avid, Pylon, Forbid, and Akari." You have to inspect the ends very carefully to see if it is mites or even something like meales. Myself, I would buy some cheap mouth wash with alcohol and make sure it does not have fluoride in it, some do. Mix a spoonful of Baking Soda in and shake well and spray down the plants in question. May help.

That pot seems kind of deep, bottom most soil may still be somewhat wet. What kind of soil is that in? When was the last time you changed the mix? Is that soil hard to the touch? Re-reading your comments, leaves curling inward suggests thirst. Sorry for all the questions, but things like this are often drainage & or soil related. I'd say water it, water it well, 'til it comes out the bottom. Then wait a week & see how it reacts. Don't know where you are in the US, but the North Atlantic has had some hot weather already. 2.5 wks w/out water seems too long a time IMO. If mine, I'd unpot, check the roots & use the occasion to change all the soil to Cactus & Succulent soil & Perlite, mixed in equal parts. If you choose to do this, pls. remove all the old mix by crumbling it off w/ your fingers. Then wait a day or 2 after repotting before you water it.

Agreed with above comments. Once damaged the Snake plant doesn't show it soon, leaving many to believe it is okay. Then a month later, you see what yours looks like. Damage will never repair itself but will out grow it with new leaves and pups (new young plants). There are many factors that can cause a plant's demise. Mostly keep warm, out of drafts and all the bright light they can get. With warm weather (80's to 90's) they require all the water possible. I have seen some sitting in water all the time! Most people don't keep their house that warm and hope you can take them outside for summer vacation. A large well grown Snake Plant can take a lot of abuse being in darkness and little water and even temps in the 50's, but if something does go wrong then it will advance rapidly.

Sansevieria, which is what this plant is, grow via rhizomes or very long, thick "stems" that spread underground. Your plant is pupping, growing new plants that will eventually look like your original one. The bent leaf will not stop the growth of the pup, but.... that leaf looks like it is leaning and about to come off anyway, and you may want to remove it so the pup can grow up strong. In some varieties of Sans, pups DO break right through plastic pots before they ever get to the surface. I have that happening right now to a Sans I have had for 3 years with minimal growth. Now, a pup has split the pot and is coming out the side. That's how strong these plants can be. Sansevierias are one of my favorite plants to watch growth. I think you will enjoy watching yours grow.
