If this room will be used for makeup application, you want to make sure your lighting is optimized. (Natural light is best for makeup application but cloudy days and evenings require good lighting.) Overhead lighting as it appears in your elevation shot is the least flattering type of lighting because it casts shadows on the face. I've read that lighting should illuminate the whole face and this is best achieved by having mirror side lights. If your lighting stays as it is, the makeup wearer might appreciate a table top mirror with built-in lighting. Person's eyesight and habits are bound to dictate preference over a wall or tabletop mirror preference as well. Lighting placement then informs mirror choice. Frame or frameless mirror is a choice based on chosen bathroom style and owners' preference. (I hate cleaning the bathroom. As I'm planning our remodel, all my choices are dictated by cleaning ease. Love the look of ornate frames but they're a pain to clean so if I go with a framed mirror, the frame will be smooth and easy to dust.)

As for the sink outlets, think about all the appliances you use and where they'll be stored. Toothbrushes? Hair dryer? Razors? Perhaps you'd like to hide these outlets with storage drawers? An architect would certainly help you do that.

Hey, no idea what your budget may be but here is what I have learned from renovating a master bath in terms of what I think works.

1. For your size vanity area (pretty huge) you can fit two recessed 24” medicine cabinets. If you want to tie it all into a wall of mirror you can check out the Robern website, where you can have medicine cabinets line up flush with a mirror in between (or just do mirrors if you don't want/need the med cabinet storage). If you don’t need the storage I would still break up the wall and do 3 sconces at eye level. Sconces offer much better overall lighting than down lighting. Pricey but Robern also offers integrated lighting either to directly into their medicine cabinets or as flush attachments to the side of the cabinets. 2. For makeup area I love a flush mounted back lit mirror. Clear Mirror has great options, can google them if you like. It comes fog free too, all you need is power to the back of it. Can get 52 kelvin so it is super bright for makeup.

3. Personally, like the clean modern look of frameless but neither here nor there.

4. As above, would add sconce lighting and an LED track recessed in the ceiling against the wall for some added ambient lighting.
