Citrus seedlings dying - Need help. Advices?

Hello everybody, I started some citrus (mandarine tree) from seeds back in December, and they all sprouted in nice little seedlings. I re-potted all of them to larger pots in March, and have set them on my covered patio during the days and nights, except when nights were cooler, until mid-May or so. Now they are pretty much on the patio all the time, see pictures. they get some sun exposure towards the mid-afternoon. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina. My problem: some of them are dying, with leaves either turning yellow, or curl up, or drying up, or falling, or both. I water them gently only when the soil is dry, about twice a week max, and I mist the top soil with a small sprayer each time i see the top dirt dry. For some reason, I'm having casualties, and I have no idea what to do? Any suggestions? Some of them seem to be doing OK Any thoughts? Thanks a LOT for your help. Cheers.
