Sourdough bread book recommendations

I have to say I am not loving living so much of my life online. I'm making a foray into the world of sourdough baking and although I love the discussions here and many Web site, I just don't always want to be interacting with an electronic device, particularly in the kitchen. Does anyone have a book on sourdough starters and baking they like? I'm thinking about buying "Sourdough" by Sarah Owen. She seems like a cool person as to her career and interests are similar to mine--bread and preserving. She even wrote a book called, "Toast and Jam" which is one of my favorite things. There was even a trend for toast restaurants in Detroit for a while. I imagine that died . . . sigh.
