Paint Exterior Porches & Decks

Need paint/stain color help on exterior

We are working on sprucing up the very blah exterior. The floor of the porch is going to be redone, I was thinking a brown, but having a hard time finding a brown porch paint.
We are also going to replace the lattice with wood slats, I was thinking the same brown (paint or stain) as the porch floor. Also thinking of changing out the shutters to a brown.

What's your opinion? What else can I do to make this home exterior better?

What a cute house!!! My first thought would be to try to relocate the steps to come straight out into the front yard if possible so you can see the front door. I like the color of the house. Maybe lose the shutters since they are not on every window. Landscaping and maybe some flower boxes over the porch railing? Beefy box the posts.

Clean the siding, get rid of the white angle bay corner posts (paint them if they are not vinyl or replace if they are), lose the mis-sized shutter, paint he door red, better landscaping.

Early morning view. The color to the right of the window is Rockport gray. To the left of the window is Slate Gray. You can see a bit of Copley Gray underneath that. . We are wanting to paint the side on our house but leave the brick as is for economical reasons. I am stumped on what colors to choose that will also compliment the brown brick and roof. I am wanting to do a darker siding color and a light trim color. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate!!
