Comments (52)Dax, I labeled the pics on my photobucket loaded pics. When you click on one of the loaded pics, you should be able to see my whole library. I labeled the pics with the name of the tree in the photo. I haven't tried to deceive anyone. I am not sure how without a large ladder,. that I am supposed to get better pictures of leaves or caps on this tree. It is a large mature tree, which likely has lost any caps that previously clung to the branches. If anyone thinks I am trying to deceive them, they are wrong. If you think I have posted numerous pics of different trees and am not being honest please don't go any further with this ID, Dax. I know it wasn't you who suggested that personally. If you know I am being honest, I will take more pics, but if you think I am lying and posting pics of other trees just op out of the ID. I can go to the tree and take more pics, but, I can't fly up to the canopy and take better pics and do what ever your source says I didn't do right. My pics were not flawed. Maybe your source just can't ID the tree, so I am at fault? I think your source needs to think a little harder or realize he doesn't know the right answer, and swallow his pride, instead of saying I purposely took pics of several trees to cause confusion. That is how I took it. I would like to know what pics I could take to make right any confusion. I posted pics of the caps. So I can go and put the caps near a ruler? I took a pic of the bark already. What can I do to show your source that I am not being deceitful? My pics were really of the same tree, your source can blow it out of his A**. And you can tell him so. Let me know what to take a pic of that I didn't do so already. I took a pic of the caps STILL ATTACHED to the branches, they are likely not attached anymore. If I had extra money I would fly that Ba**ard out to the tree and have him look hiself. Sorry for the temper flaring, but, I don't like being called a liar. I want to know if it is really a Sawtooth, I don't want to plant it near my house if it is one. Poaky1...See MoreCambria quartz slab variations
Comments (3)I read that, but it seemed that they had only seen a small sample, not an entire slab. I just got a photo of the original slab I saw, and compared it to the photo I took of the second slab. I could then see that the second slab wax only half of a slab, cut lengthwise, which left off the bolder part of the pattern. So still not sure if there is actually a difference, as those two looked pretty identical o cê I only looked at half....See MoreQuartz countertop color variation from home depot. Can I return?
Comments (8)" It's only 10ft 7in. so it should fit on a slab and not need a seam right?" When Silestone tells a fabricator a jumbo slab is 63" x 128", that is the minimum useable yield he'll get; he might squeak out another inch or two even on a regular slab (55" x 120"). You probably weren't charged extra for a seamless jumbo, but what you've gotten is two remnants from different batches. He woulda made good money on this one, had he gotten away with it....See MoreQuartz Counter Color Variation
Comments (21)Contractor has said he will fix it. However, he wants us to choose another color for the top. He thinks if they re-cut (since they don't make the slab large enough) the same thing is going to happen since the seam is 54" long and they will have to use two slabs. He's recommending quartzite or granite that they can cut from a single slab. Does this seem normal? Or should he have to use what we originally chose until they get it right?...See More- 4 years ago
