Wow - that white one is stunning! Very spectacular. I also agree that the red and white striped one is xjohnsonii. Looks just like mine. It should be very fragrant. Chuck, the true johnsonii is valuable, mostly because they almost never set seed, so the only way to get them is by getting offsets. Your image is too blurry for me to see properly. But I'm sure you could find a great trade. The plant trade forum on gardenweb is great - just post what you have and what you are looking for. Or I'm sure you could sell on ebay. Thanks for sharing the beautiful pictures - I love seeing garden heirlooms!

LOL Kat. While reading your post my phone rang and it was the Zumba teacher calling to answer a couple questions I had about shoes and clothing. I told him that I've been warned by a friend to NOT wear old bowling shoes. He cracked up. I don't have any worn out shoes except perhaps my hiking shoes and they do not work well for Zumba. I wore them to my one and only Zumba class which was offered by the ranch conservancy where I hike. We danced and yelled at the top of our lungs in the middle of an old horse corral complete with tufts of dead grass, dirt clods and gopher holes. Not the best place to experience Zumba for the first time. :-) Charmaine (my sis) lives in Gig Harbor. Not sure where she teaches but I suspect it's Gig Harbor. Thanks for all your suggestions and advice. I sure don't want to turn it down and then have it sit forever! My friend is doing this for me because my husband and I have down a lot for her over the years. She doesn't work for a real estate company, she is independent. It has a lock box and sign, it isn't FSBO. My friend told me these people have been looking for six months and really love the house. I asked her if it would be okay to wait through the weekend and see what else is offered, we have another showing today and one tomorrow. She thought that would be okay. The average days on the market for a one story is about 30 days. Another house with the same floor plan sold for full asking price, $208,000 last month in 21 days. That house had pets, though, and the carpet was bad and it needed painting. It also didn't have the front porch and bricked floored covered patio. My friend isn't surprised that we got an offer so fast. She says there aren't many one story homes on the market in Flower Mound and mine has a three car garage which is hard to find. With no basements in this area, a large garage is a big selling point.
