I totally missed it last week !!

I’ve never said this, but this season is soooo boring

I might be the only one, but I hate the loved ones visits! I think it's cruel to bring someone half way around the world to see their player for a few minutes if they don't win the challenge or get picked. Letters from home would be good enough. The time they spend on calling out the loved one, the hugs, kisses, the TEARS, etc. Boring! lol

I agree - this season is boring and I hate the loved-ones visits.

I read that they're doing a virtual reunion show with all twenty players. I don't know how they'll make it interesting.

So,it is Wednesday ! I couldn’t decide what day it is when I woke up. Glad to have Survivor to keep my mental calendar in order. I kind of like the loved ones episode. Interesting to see what their family is like, it tells you so much about a person.

I agree with ded....it's interesting to see the families. And....ALL the happiness the players feel just knowing they're there....not so alone any more.

From the preview, there is more than one "loved one" that gets to visit. It shows Tyson with his wife and two daughters, etc.

I have to say, they are just getting too soft. Touchy feel-y, crying all the time. Def a social, PC even, game anymore. How about really shake it up and go old school. For real physical challenges, not a puzzle everytime. Figure out your own food and water, not a well and individual water bottles!! And when you are gone, you are Gone! And please, please no return players.

And I don't think they should allow all of the cross talk at tribal council. At first I thought it was interesting, but it's now irritating. I could barely pay attention this episode, I am just not invested at all. I don't care who wins.

I am not very invested either. Occasionally there's something exciting but overall I think it could have been done better. I find the edge of extinction boring.

I agree that they need to decide before tribal and not be allowed to whisper to each other. As Jeff always says, Survivor is a social game, and since that's what fascinates him, the game has gone in that direction instead of them having to rely on actual survival skills. They have to provide water. I wouldn't want to watch dehydrated players passing out at the physical challenges. Some of those challenges are dangerous.

I loved watching it, seeing the little ones and parents connecting. I've enjoyed everything about the show this season. Yep, I'm a big fan.

I LOVED it! NOT disappointed! The Jeff Probst hug was "right-on!" Those "littles" were the cutest!

Ok, this is the only loved ones visit I actually liked! I was so happy that they let all of them stay - and that they included the other island players as well. Cute at the end when Boston Rob thanked Jeff and they all group hugged him.

I agree about the whispering at tribal - the first time it happened was odd - now it's almost expected and it's annoying.

It's much more interesting if something comes up and people start to look panicky at trying to figure out what to do - without whispering to everyone else. Survivor needs to stop allowing that to happen.
