The first two pics are a warbler, not a kinglet. Could be a pine warbler, but I would expect more yellow, even on a female. Maybe an Orange-crowned Warbler. Third pic is an American Goldfinch left, female House Finch right. Fourth pick golfinch, fifth pic an Orange-crowned Warbler.

Orange crowned warblers would be pretty rare in my area I believe. Here are of couple more pics of the males that show a bit more yellow. Still trying to get pics of the kinglets, they are here but sure don't like to sit still very long !

Second pic, bird with striped wing and red on head is a Downy woodpecker. You should be able to hear it pecking on trees. Oldforester, your second shows a Downy Woodpecker andI believe a male Goldfinch, from what I can see.

The second photo I saw of this bird looked really familiar. I think it is a cardinal bird. Some times I saw this bird, my friends told me it was a cardinal.
This picture looks pretty good. Where did you take it? Local or a place of interest? By the way, if I want a bird like this, can you show me how to get it?

If you like watching the birds, I recommend you buy a good field manual. The Audubon Society of course has a good one, but Peterson’s Guide to North American Birds is great because it has actual in color of the birds which is a great feature.
